Refund Policy

At LavenderKart, your satisfaction is our priority.
We follow a transparent refund and return process for eligible products.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of product delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Certain items (personal care, hygiene, or food-related products) are non-returnable for safety reasons.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a return or refund, email suncart2025@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after item inspection.

3. Wrong/Damaged Product

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos for faster resolution.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Wrong size or color ordered by customer (unless supplier accepts exchange).

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Delays caused by courier partners or natural disruptions.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, before dispatch.

  • After shipment, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
